Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of pepteonacademy.com and the courses, quizzes, downloadable materials, and related services offered by Pepteon Academy, operated by Ageless Peps (“Pepteon Academy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Educational purpose & medical disclaimer
All content on the Site is provided for professional education only and does not constitute medical advice for any specific patient. Nothing on the Site establishes a provider–patient relationship. All clinical and prescribing decisions remain the sole responsibility of the treating licensed provider, who must exercise independent professional judgment and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards of care. Content may reference off-label uses, investigational compounds, and research-use materials; it is not a recommendation to prescribe, compound, dispense, or use any product.
2. Eligibility
The Site is intended for licensed medical prescribers (such as MD, DO, NP, PA) and pharmacists operating within their scope of practice, and for others with a legitimate professional educational interest. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the content complies with the laws and professional obligations of your jurisdiction.
3. Accounts & security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for individual use and may not be shared. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Membership, billing & renewals
Certain content requires a paid membership. Prices are shown at checkout. Paid memberships are billed on the term stated at purchase (for example, annually) and, where indicated, renew automatically until cancelled. Founding or promotional pricing, where offered, applies as described at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor; by purchasing, you also agree to that processor’s terms. You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees and taxes.
5. Refunds & cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid term. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable once course materials have been accessed or downloaded. To cancel or request a refund, contact contact@pepteonacademy.com.
6. Intellectual property & license
All courses, lessons, videos, figures, quizzes, protocols, and downloadable documents are owned by Pepteon Academy or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms and your active membership, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the content for your own professional education. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly post, or create derivative works from the content, or remove proprietary notices, without our prior written permission.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by: sharing account access; scraping or bulk-downloading content; attempting to breach security; uploading unlawful, infringing, or harmful material; or using the content to provide direct patient care instructions without independent professional judgment. We may remove content and suspend access for violations.
8. Certification
Where certification or completion records are offered, they attest only to completion of the associated educational activity and do not confer any license, credential, or authority to practice. Continuing-education accreditation, where noted as “pending,” is not yet guaranteed.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pepteon Academy and Ageless Peps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any clinical outcomes arising from use of the content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the content or breach of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or to comply with law. Upon termination, your license to the content ends. Sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
11. Changes
We may modify these Terms or the Site at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law & contact
