Pepteon Academy (“Pepteon Academy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Ageless Peps, provides continuing clinical education for licensed medical prescribers and pharmacists. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through pepteonacademy.com (the “Site”), how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By creating an account or using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

  • Account information — name, email address, password (stored hashed), and professional details you provide (such as license type or specialty).
  • Payment information — membership payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers; we receive limited transaction data (such as the last four digits, card brand, and payment status).
  • Learning activity — courses and lessons accessed, quiz attempts and scores, progress, and completion records.
  • Communications — messages you send us and your email preferences.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How we use your information

We use personal information to: create and manage your account; provide access to courses, quizzes, and downloadable resources; process payments and manage your membership; track learning progress and issue completion or certification records; respond to your inquiries; send transactional and, where permitted, marketing emails; maintain the security and integrity of the Site; and comply with legal obligations.
