How to request a refund
Email contact@pepteonacademy.com from the email address on your account, within 30 days of your purchase, and let us know you’d like a refund. You don’t need to give a reason. We’ll process it to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
What’s covered
- The 30-day guarantee applies to your initial purchase of a paid membership (Learner, Practitioner, or Clinic).
- When a refund is issued, your paid access ends and your account returns to the free tier.
- The free tier is always $0 — there’s nothing to refund.
Cancellations & renewals
Paid memberships renew automatically so your access doesn’t lapse. You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us — cancellation stops future billing and keeps your access through the end of the period you’ve already paid for. Renewal charges fall outside the initial 30-day window; if you don’t want to renew, simply cancel before your renewal date. If a renewal charges unexpectedly, contact us and we’ll make it right.
